Jason Farah holds a Bachelor of Business/Law degree from the University of Technology, Sydney, where he graduated in 1996.

Jason commenced work in insurance litigation having acted for various workers compensation insurance companies such as AMP, GIO and QBE. Jason has also acted for self-insurers such as the New South Wales Thoroughbred Racing Board and the State Rail Authority of NSW.

Through the intimate knowledge and experience gained in acting for insurance companies, Jason has been successful in achieving excellent results and large compensation payouts for his clients who have been physically injured either at work, as a result of a motor accident or other compensable accidents.

Jason has also achieved tremendous success in litigating superannuation claims including total and permanent disablement and income protection claims against HESTA, Cbus, REST and other industry superannuation funds.

This area represents a growing area of insurance litigation and the experience gained by Jason in this early growth period is invaluable to ensuring his clients get the right advice. Jason also has extensive practice and experience in commercial and property transactions and litigation, including acting for numerous property developers in acquisition, sale and mortgage transactions.

Jason is also involved in general commercial advice and litigation, including commercial debt recoveries and disputes. Jason acts for various corporate clients including Commander Australia Limited.

Jason has conducted complex litigation before courts at all levels in Australia including the Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court, Land and Environment Court, Industrial Relations Commission and the Federal Magistrates Court.

Jason is a family man with a wife and 2 beautiful children. Jason speaks fluent Arabic and enjoys watching and playing sport.
